Rights

All financial members shall have the rights and duties stated below:

Rights

  1. To initiate and participate in discussions at General Meetings
  2. To move motions and to lodge one vote on any motion at General Meetings
  3. With the exception of Affiliate members, to nominate for vacant Board of Director positions
  4. To be respected and share equal rights with other members of Timpir

Duties

  1. Obligation to abide by the Constitution of Timpir
  2. If a Board member, regularly attend planned meetings of Timpir
  3. Be honest, truthful, faithful and sincere to Timpir
  4. Protect Timpir from any action detrimental to the interests of Timpir.
